Pennsylvania / Health Insurance Question?
So I am Bipolar. I take Lamictal 100 Mg, Prozac 40 mg, and Klonopin 0.5 mg three times a day. The Lamictal is the most expensive along with the therapy appointments and Psychiatrist appointments. I bettled with depression for 5 years when 3 months ago we finally realized it was Bipolar Disorder not depression and thats why I never got better. Now I am feeling better than ever. Im still not completely there yet but I am getting there. My problem is that I am 22 going to be 23 in July, and a Junior in College. Im covered under my mothers insurance until im 23 cause im a student but after that I'm dropped. Theres no way myself or my family can afford my mental health care after June. Anyone else have had this situation or any ideas on what I can do, I don't want to go back to the way I felt before cause I think that might cause some serious damage.
I think you should tell your concerns to your psychiatrist. He/she may know what types of aid are available for you.
