Health Insurance In Iowa?

I live in Iowa and am the only employee for a small business, so insurance is ridiculous. Right now I'm using American Republic Health Insurance, and every few months they raise the fees even when I haven't gotten ill! I'm really sick of this, is there any decent health coverage in Iowa for small businesses?
You may want to try a website that compares multiple companies at once to get you the best price. I am paying less than ½ after I did.

We want to open a catering business and need help with a catchy name?

I want to quit my job in insurance and start a catering company in the midwest. I am creative with food but not in naming this company. Since my husband to be and I plan to run this business I wanted something that demonstrated man/female gendor in the name of the company, an example, HeSaidSheSaidCatering is one we came up with but obviously we aren't sold on it. Any suggestions you creative people could come up with be greatly appreciated. Also I live in Iowa and would consider adding something to that degree in the name of catering business. And Iowa is a corn state by the way, not to be confused with Idaho, the potato state ;)
I think 'Red Octopus' is a cool name, but since you live in Iowa, maybe 'Blue Corn'?

"We've had employers recently notify workers that they were getting downsized via e-mail, and it's not uncommon," said Kristina Johnson, a consultant at Employee and Family Resources, a Des Moines employee assistance provider. "So often, companies will do the business-side of the planning but forget the people-side of it."
The advice comes following mounting job losses in Iowa and the United States:
- A report Friday showed the U.S. unemployment rate spiked to 7.2 percent in December from 6.8 percent in November. The nation lost 1.9 million jobs during the last four months of 2008, with 524,000 Americans losing jobs last month. - Iowa employers such as Meredith Corp., Principal Financial Group, The Des Moines Register and HNI Corp. in Muscatine have announced layoffs. Ernie Goss, an economist at Creighton University, expects Iowa will lose 2,000 jobs in the first half of 2009, pushing the unemployment rate over 5 percent from 4.3 percent in November.
Dick Reasons, a partner at Career Resources Group, a West Des Moines outplacement consultant, said companies have to balance "the short-term realities of remaining viable with long-term business outcomes.
