Louisville-based BTM Engineering named Eddie Mesta, P.E. to serve as branch manager of the recently opened Central Kentucky office in Lexington. Mesta will be responsible for client development and project management. Prior to joining BTM, Mesta was the Technical Marketing Engineer for Sherman Dixie Concrete Industries.
