What can you do about an employer who hires and fires when he is about to be hit up for medical insurance?
This company hires people and doesnt offer benefits. But there is a certain number of employees you can have and not offer insurance. When the time comes for his company to be looked at and these men to get benefits he fires just enough men to not have to keep insurance. I need to know who I can report this kind of poor leadership to in the state of Louisiana? My fiance has been with this company for two years now and we relocated from Houston, TX so he could work for this company. And I havent had experience with this kind of disrespect before. Any info will help.
First try the better business bureau in your state or
inquire at your state attorney general's website. They can point you in the right direction about what, if anything can be done. In my state the AG's office answers e-mails within about 24 hours.
