Looking for health insurance in Monmouth County New Jersey. Know of any business alliances or other ways?

I have friends in other cities that are small (read single person) business owners that belong to business alliances for health insurance. Have not been able to find any here. Any help or direction is appreciated.
I was I the same exact situation 6 month ago. Seems like nothing much is available in NJ in general and in Monmouth County in particular. The best quote I’ve got for my family was about $1000 per month through Small Business (read my husband and I) and Individual Plan came out about $1300. But of course in case with small business you have to have (create) ton of paperwork in order to satisfy Insurance Company. So we decided to take Individual plan. Luckily my husband found a job with coverage, but for three month we had no choice but to pay.
But again, you should check for yourself. Maybe your situation is different (age, family count, etc).

If some numbers will appeal to you don’t rush to sing in. Before that check rating of that Insurance Company here:

Typically Company rated AA and up is a good company.

Pls anybody can tell me which is the best insurance company in new york new jersey and connecticut to sell commerical insurance, business policy, workers compensation etc which company do best underwriting. which is the best company in this state. Pls let me know..
"best" is a relative term... are you looking for price, quick claims payment, long time in business, ratio of debt to assets, or what? get quotes from an insurance broker...they sell for many company's and will find you the best deal and they are working for you. Explain what you want that would make the company the "best" and go from there.

i plan on starting a paintball field in jersey but not sure how to go about it. where do i look as far as zoning rules and insurance and such.
The best routes to take are to research the process of starting a business as well as the industry you're interested in.
