I was in an accident, no one was at fault, no insurance USA Utah?

I was in an accident on my way home from work today, a sports car came screaming by and knocked me and another guy off the road, we hit each other and the sports car drove off.
We weren’t able to get the license of the other car but the cops came and determined it was a no fault accident. The other guy has full coverage, he was the only one in the car, I have insurance, but not on this car (I was driving it home from the shop as it just had some work done so that it could run, the insurance I have is only for my other car).
Anyone have any idea on this, its was minor damage, just some scrapes and small dents, both cars drive fine. This is my first ever accident so Im kinda new to this whole thing.
Wow lumishermanbaby thx for judging me without even knowing me, did you even bother to read what I posted, no one was at fault, both me and the other driver verified the exact same story its in the police report. Im asking this because like I said its my first ever accident duh. Thx to everyone else who has a brain for their replies
If it was no fault then you should each be responsible for your own damages.

Hi, I have a friend who used the scooter and went into an accident she was injured, no insurance too and no license or learner permit. The reason she uses the scooter because she doesn't have keys in the bag when she changed in the morning. She was not feeling well (having period at that time having cramps too) take risk to take scooter to get keys to his husband so she can rest at home.
the insurance she has in scooter is only when it get lost,stollen, no idea that it has to have an insurance like a car?
She will be going to attend into the court on Monday, she was so scared what might happen, is she going to jail? pay fines? is the reason for using it is acceptable in the court of Utah? She will not deny the fact that, that is illegal and she knew that is her fault.
Pls. help and advice, I'm am worried about her...
i dont live in utah but it will prob be just a fine.
i mean its not like anyone died.

What? Way too much information in your question. Ignorance of the law is not a defense. All motor vehicles in Utah are required to carry insurance if they are operated on public roads. Driving without a license is illegal. It doesn't matter why your friend was using the scooter.
