Where do i get financial assistance for a heart transplant?

I am 56 years old male. I had a heart attack in 1994 and then quad bypass surgery later that year. I receive a small amount each month from Social Security and I have medicare. I also have Blue Cross of Georgia Insurance. I have not been physically able to work on a regular basis for several years, so I have very little income. I have been told I need a heart transplant. I have no idea how I can possibly pay for he cost for this surgery and the drugs I will need after surgery, along with the follow up visits for 8 weeks immediately after the surgery and the fact that I will have to travel 600 miles round trip. I am in hopes that someone can give me any information about any assistance there may be to help me pay for these cost.

Apply for state aid and check with the Heart Association.

I just got a speeding ticket in Georgia?

i just got a speeding ticket in Georgia and the State patrol officer didn't ask me if i wanted him to calibrate his radar or if i wanted to verify the speed that he stated i was traveling in any way. He didn't even tell me why he had pulled me over he just got my information and came back with a ticket and said i was traveling 90 in a 70 mph zone. Can I fight this since the cop didn't ask if i wanted to verify my speed in any way? also where can I find a law that states whether it is contestable or not. any help is greatly appreciated since i can't afford the ticket or the raise in my insurance premium.

Hi, I am a very nervous pet owner from Georgia, that is going to travel very soon. I am looking to board my dog and I would like to hear any tips or recommendations from Yahoo's dog lovers. I am VERY stressed with this. I need to find the right person or facility to care for my dog. I don't want him to suffer. I am not inclined to house sitting for security reasons. I would preferred a place with webcams, and insurance. A cage free facility would be a bonus. let me know, ok?
