the company was located in evanston il. is the a company located in pa.
Companies typically have offices in multiple states. If you're calling about a particular policy, you'll have to have the policy number. If you are NOT the insured, you'll have to have a power of attorney, or executor appointment from the court, to fax over, before they'll release any information.
Washington National is still around.

i need to know the monthly cost for four people.
it also doesn't have to be FOR washington, but it would be better if it was.
Depends on their ages, genders, occupations, smoking habits, how much coverage they want, and what kind of coverage they want.
You're kind of asking, "how much do a pair of pants cost"? Anywhere from $1 at Salvation ARmy, to $1500 for Gucci leather pants.

In many states, a family of 4 can make up to $60,000 (California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington, D.C.) and in other states up to $50,000 a year (Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, New Mexico, New York, Washington) and still qualify the children for comprehensive coverage. These programs may provide low-cost health coverage for children and teens up to age 19 including comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage. Moving the family's young dependents from private insurance to government sponsored plans can reduce monthly premiums and perhaps make a family's adult private premium coverage affordable.
