is their an attorney in west virginia that is not afraid to fight or stand against brick street insurance?

i got hurt on the job in 1994, i have had three attorneys. it s been 13 years now and i can t find an attorney who is man or women enough to fight for the working mans rights. i am disabled, and very stressed out. i ve been under doctors care for the past 13 years. i ve had theropy at least 5 times. i worked and paid in for all my adult life and now that i need help i can get an atttorney to fight for me. so if you know of an attorney please inform me and i will contact the person. i ve even tried westvirginia lawyers.com but to no avail. i don t want to loss what i ve paid into for 26 years. PLEASE HELP

Look, I'm sure you COULD find an attorney, if you were willing to PAY them. You just can't find one willing to take this on a contingency basis - which is WAY different.

That means, either they think that your case isn't worth anything, or it's not worth much, or that you can't win.

Exactly what rights are you looking for? Looks like you're ENTITLED to 208 weeks of benefits - that's four years. You've been out for, what, 13 years?? Looks like your benefits are EXPIRED. If you're disabled, you need to file for social security disability benefits. THAT'S what you paid into. Only employers pay into Workers Comp. If you're NOT disabled, you're just going to have to get on with life.

"Students who have autism really require highly qualified and trained teachers," said Becker-Cottrill, the Executive Director of the West Virginia Autism Training Center at Marshall University.

She says the demand is growing for specifically trained teachers.

"It's not just in West Virginia, it's across the nation and of course the reason is we're seeing more and more students that are getting this diagnosis," said Becker-Cottrill.

Right now, one in every 150 students around the country will be diagnosed with autism.
