Does anyone have any ideas on the best health insurance companies, I live in wyoming....

There are many good companies and hundreds of plans. The plan that's best for one person may not be the plan that's best for another person. You'll want to visit a local independent agent. This person knows the plans in your area and can find the best plan for your situation and budget. They don't charge any extra for the service and they're a local "go to" person if you have questions about your policy.

Do not try to do this over the internet. It'll take you several days to intelligently compare all the plans available. Also, if you have any pre-existing conditions that might add a rider to the policy or cause you to be declined or if you are out of the height and weight guidelines you won't know until you've applied and gone through the underwriting process.

Will my HEALTH INSURANCE cover doctors visits OUT OF STATE?

I am a resident of Tennessee, and am looking into getting Individual Coverage from BCBS (Blue Cross) Of Tennessee for myself and my husband.
My husband is currently working in Wyoming on some contract work, and i am along for the ride ;) . We will be here approx. 6 months.
I need to find a Gynecologist/Reproductive Endocrinologist here in Wyoming, to continue with fertility treatments. (We have been trying to concieve a baby for 18 months with anovulatory disfunction)
So i am currious, will my insurance cover out of state doctors visits? Will it just be "out of network" prices?
I found a doctor here that says we accept "BCBS" ...so does that mean all states??

You should contact BCBS at the number located on the back of your insurance card. You want to be very careful about what you disclose to them with regard to your living situation. I am assuming it's not a permanent move. If that's is the case you should not have problems. If you are planning to mover there permanently you could loose your coverage. http://www.lvhealthins.com

Jan. 8 (Bloomberg) -- President-elect Barack Obama’s plan to have new government health insurance compete with private coverage drew Republican fire at a nomination hearing for Thomas A. Daschle to run the Health and Human Services Department.

“Any new insurance coverage must be delivered through private insurance plans,” said Senator Michael B. Enzi , Republican of Wyoming and his party’s ranking member on the Health committee, in prepared comments for the hearing, the panel’s first session of the year.

Enzi was taking on a proposal by Obama to help reduce the number of uninsured by making available a version of Medicare, the government insurance for the elderly. Daschle preached the need for consensus in his remarks, telling lawmakers he was “determined to work with each of you” to change a system that costs $2.6 trillion a year and leaves 45 million people without health insurance.

“We need input and involvement and engagement,” Daschle told Enzi in response to a question about moving health-care changes through Congress. Daschle didn’t offer specifics of the Obama plan, or argue for its passage.
