how much does car insurance cost for a 16 yr old in oregon?

i get my license in a few months, what am i looking @ for insurance costs.
oregon, age 16, adding to parents insurance, state farm insurance, good grades, drivers ed, a car with no crashes but alot of milage from 1990-2000...under 7k$$.
around how much will my insurance per month cost?
it depends on the type of car, what year is it, and believe it or not it depends what kind of neighborhood you live in, if you are a boy or a girl, what ethnicity you are, if you have good grades or not, there are lots of things you should check out your parents insurance company and see if there are any discounts most likely if you have over a 3.0 you will get a discount but you have to maintain that gpa

We are looking into moving to Oregon and I would like to know what people pay for car insurance. Full coverage, minimum coverage etc....
For example: 2003 Toyota 4Runner SR5, leasing needs full coverage.
Also what do you pay for registering your vehicles and is it yearly?
I'm aware on how to get a quote. That's not what I am asking. I still live in California and won't be moving until spring. Can't give a zip code when I don't know where I'm going to. I just want an overall idea of what people in Oregon pay.

I live here in Oregon so I can answer your question.
Registration is around $64 at the tax office. Yes it is yearly.
Full coverage insurance on a 2003 Toyota 4Runner (my favorite car) will cost about $60 a month.

The credit crunch is giving "borrowing" a bad name. That's unfortunate because, under the well-meaning pretext of protecting the poor, some activists are determined to limit the financial options of those who need them most. Arbitrarily restricting people's borrowing options is exactly the wrong way to weather a recession. But this is exactly what some state legislatures are doing by effectively banning short-term loans. The ultimate irony is that while some loan options are coming under assault, policy makers have stood idly as young Americans are overdrawing their bank accounts at an alarming rate -- a habit that comes at a far greater cost than any other conceivable short-term loan. According to a recent study from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp., overdrawing some bank accounts by just $1 for two weeks can result in $37 or more of fees, or a 96,200 percent annual percentage rate. Further, the vast majority of banks (71 to 89 percent) with automated overdraft programs don't tell customers an overdraft has occurred until after the transaction has been completed. It's no wonder that studies have shown that banks are charging Americans $17.5 billion in these fees each year.
